Rainbow sessions (or end of life sessions) are designed specifically for pets who are nearing the end of their lives. They are designed to honour them by capturing some final memories between them and their pet parents.

FAQ

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?

Come as you are pets and people! If your pet has specific treats or toys they love the most, bring them with you. Our goal is to make sure everyone is as comfortable as possible during the session.

 

I don't think my PET will sit still for photos, Can you still photograph them?

Absolutely! Sitting still is absolutely not a requirement and in fact some of the best photos I have taken are when pets are being their authentic selves, running, playing and exploring. We will try a few sit and stay commands once they have had a chance to get in their sniffs and are more familiar with the process but I love bringing versatility to my shoots so sometimes the more movement the better!

 

Can you recommend any good locations?

 

Most locations will take place around the Barrie/Innisfil/Bradford area however we are always happy to travel to any location you prefer. A travel fee may apply depending on location and distance from Barrie.

 

What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?

We always do our best to look forward in the forecast and predict what the weather will look like on your session day however if this changes and we are unable to shoot outdoors we can either move your session to an in-home session, check for studio availability and/or reschedule to a different day. We will try our best to reschedule shoots within a week of the original session date.

MY PET HAS LIMITED MOBILITY, IS THAT A PROBLEM?

NOT AT ALL! BIG, SMALL, FLUFFY, HAIRLESS, 4 LEGS, 2 LEGS OR IN A CART? WE CAN CATER TO ALL SHAPES, SIZES AND VARIATIONS OF PETS. THEY ARE ALL UNIQUE AND DESERVE TO BE CELEBRATED THE WAY THEY ARE. WE WILL MAKE SURE WE FIND A LOCATION THAT FITS THEIR NEEDS, EVEN IF THAT MEANS THE COMFORT OF THEIR OWN COUCH AT HOME.
