TAILS OF SIMCOE VOLUME 2: PURRS & WHISKERS

In 2023 CWC Photography started our publishing journey when we were selected as an official photographer for the Tails of the World collective. This collective brought together a group of self-publishing photographers from across the world who create beautiful animal photography books featuring some of their regions most unique and picturesque views, all while raising awareness and money for animal rescues and charities.


We continued on this journey BY creating and publishing a book of our very own, Tails of Simcoe, which helped raise $1500 for Precious Paws Rescue then later In 2024 and 2025 CWC Photography returning for full features in the international Tails of the World Volume books


Well in 2026 we are tackling another self publishing feat with Tails of Simcoe Volume 2! This year we are looking for feline companions to join our project and help us raise money for Edward's Animal Sanctuary cat rescue.

ABOUT THE RESCUE

A foster based cat rescue located in Uxbridge, Ontario specializing in stray, feral and special needs cats and kittens.


Their dedicated network of foster families is committed to the love and care of each and every one of their animals until they are healthy, socialized and ready to go off to their forever homes.

  • $100 base fee for single pet session
  • $15/pet for additional pets
  • Dates to be prebooked anytime between May-august
  • 100% of the session donation fee goes to Edward's Animal Sanctuary
  • sessions can take place in your home, outdoors or in studio (select date or outdoors
  • We are looking for feline friends ONLY
  • Each pet will get a two page spread in the final book
  • Prints, products and digital files are NOT included in session fee but can be purchased separately

Founded by Caitlin J. McColl in 2015, the Tails of the World Collective is an international group of professional pet photographers. United in their mission to make a difference for pets in need and celebrate our universal love of dogs.


To date, we have published over 40 books from all around the globe and raised over $150,000 for animal charities.
