In 2023 CWC Photography was selected as an official photographer for the Tails of the World collective. The Tails of the World collective is a group of self-publishing photographers who create beautiful animal photography books all for animal rescue and animal charities - showcasing some unique and picturesque areas across the world.
For our location we selected Simcoe County and the amazing Precious Paws Rescue. Over 9 months we hosted 12 sessions with over 15 dogs, capturing some of the areas more beautiful trails, parks and lakes. We were also able to raise $500 for Precious Paws so far, and we aren't done yet...
We are so happy to announce that the Tails of Simcoe coffee table fundraising book is officially ready for pre-sale!!

ABOUT THE RESCUE
Precious Paws Rescue is a registered charity, all breed dog rescue, based in Simcoe County. Since 2006 they have been dedicated to saving the lives of homeless dogs through a volunteer foster based program. They do not operate a shelter facility, and instead all of their dogs stay in private foster homes where they can receive all of the TLC they so desperately need. Precious Paws Rescue receives no government funding, we rely on fundraising events and donations from our generous supporters.

Each year, professional pet photographers around the world unite to raise funds for animal rescue. To date, the annual Tails of the World books have featured over 1150 pets and raised over $130,000
In 2024, our goal is to raise $95,000 with Tails of the World: Volume Three.

Founded by Caitlin J. McColl in 2015, the Tails of the World Collective is an international group of professional pet photographers. United in their mission to make a difference for pets in need and celebrate our universal love of dogs.
To date, we have published over 40 books from all around the globe and raised over $150,000 for animal charities.
